Refund Policy

Current & past LICENCES are non-refundable. When you cancel a LICENSE, your paid account will continue to be accessible for the duration of your prepaid license period.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of LAGBLASTER LICENCES may be done at any time before the next recurring payment is due. Cancellation requests submitted very close to the payment date may get charged and then refunded; Third-party processing charges are not refunded.

LAGBLASTER hardware running the software LICENSES is under warranty for 6 months. You can request the remainder of your account credit to be refunded, only when written confirmation of account closure.

LAGBLASTER requires written confirmation sent to us via email at lagblaster@iptp.net to proceed with account closure.

Limited Warranty

LAGBALSTER. (“IPTP Networks”) provides a limited warranty on all eligible LAGBLASTER products purchased in Vietnam for a period of 6 (six) months from the purchase date. The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or poor workmanship on the device. Packaging, software products, and technical data are not covered under the limited warranty.

The limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase and a complete product serial number is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.

LAGBLASTERS’s limited product warranty does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under most conditions. Product(s) replaced under the limited warranty will be replaced with factory refurbished product(s). If the defective product(s) is discontinued, end of life, or out of stock, LAGBLASTER will issue a replacement with the product(s) of equivalent value or features. We will attempt equivalent features before equivalent value.

Brand new product(s) may also be used as a replacement in some cases. Product warranty periods do not renew with replacement units. The original purchase date and the warranty period will apply to replacement products.
